Visiting the website

The website has no registration, shop or payments. On every visit the server automatically records technical data: IP address, time, requested page and browser type. This is used to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept by our hosting provider MyDataKnox (SETCOR d.o.o., Croatia) only as long as needed for that purpose.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tracking. Your chosen language is stored only in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.

Content from other servers

Some content is loaded by your browser directly from third-party servers, which see your IP address:

• photos: Unsplash
• product images: Unicity

Contact by e-mail or WhatsApp

When you write to info@fireenergy.hr or via WhatsApp, we use your data (name, contact details and message) only to answer and handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep it as long as the request requires and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy terms. Please do not send us health information that is not necessary for your request.

Newsletter

We send the newsletter only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). After signing up you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link; without confirmation we send you nothing.

We process your e-mail address, chosen language, where on the site you signed up, the time of sign-up and confirmation, and whether messages are opened and links clicked, so that we can send relevant content. We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data in the EU on our behalf.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every message or by e-mail. After unsubscribing we keep your address only on a suppression list so that we never e-mail you again.

Links to other websites

The website links to the official Unicity shop, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp. Their owners are responsible for data processing on those sites. Purchases take place only in the Unicity shop; as an independent distributor we may receive information from Unicity about purchases made through our referral, under Unicity's terms.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. The only recipients are the service providers named above. Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to info@fireenergy.hr; we reply within one month.

• You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the authority in your country.

Children

The website and newsletter are not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We update this policy when we add a service or change how data is processed. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
